Try rowing at Hull Kingston Rowing Club
Rowing is a fantastic way of getting fit at your own pace, meeting new people and learning something new.
One of our main aims at Hull Kingston Rowing Club is to introduce rowing to as many people as possible regardless of age, gender or fitness level. Unlike running, rowing is low impact and works to strengthen all of your body as well as provide a good cardio workout. Whether you want to row for fitness, competitively or socially, we cater for all at Hull Kingston Rowing Club. Our sessions are run by experienced coaches who will help you master the British Rowing technique. No specialist equipment needed! All you need is yourself and some comfortable clothing. For more information please contact us on hullrowingclub@googlemail.com
If you’d like to learn how to row please email hullrowingclub@googlemail.com and we can arrange your first session.

I used to row for Kingston rowing club hull and would be interested in info about the sessions you hold at east park for the disabled as I have a daughter with downs. Wondering if I could help.
